Best headline I've read in a while...

From time to time, just for grins, I check out what's going on in Vladivostok, Russia, by logging on to the Vladivostok News site. Today while checking it out, I ran across this article, and had to laugh at it's awesome headline: "Typical Russian: Drunk but Kind."
