This is the as-yet-to-be-named brand new daughter of my friends Thelma Jane and Michael. Her proud big sister is Miss Ruby Jane.
The new Miss Thang arrived on Friday afternoon, June 29th, weighing in at a healthy 7 lbs., 7 oz. Everybody's doing great, and mama's supposed to get to go home tomorrow. For those of you who know how much newborns freak me out, you'll be happy to know that I actually held her!! And I already love her.
